While my husband stayed home to renovate (finish) our basement and keep us afloat (aka work), Hazel and I strolled off with Nana, Poppi and Auntie for a wedding in Saskatchewan.
Although there was very little sleep had by all due to someone who is under two years old, blonde and generally cute as a button, we managed to more than enjoy one another and our time together. My mom, dad and sister were all so helpful, wonderful and understanding toward the needs of my toddler and my pregnant self. I consider myself insanely lucky and thankful to have such a relationship with my family.
