Paleomg.com knocked my socks off this week. The author and cook, Julie Bauer, kills me with her humour and creativity. I also used some of her recipes in last week’s meal plan.

Monday

Fall harvest salad

Note: AMAZING! I will definitely make this again.

Tuesday

Mexican rice bowls

Wednesday

Chicken vegetable soup. (I threw this together. Impressive, right? Leftover rotisserie chicken, green beans, carrots, celery, onions garlic. YUM!)

Similar recipe here.

Thursday

Balsamic slow cooker pork tenderloin, salad, corn and sweet potato fries.

Note: Dan said I could make this meal again any time! Word to the wise, double the balsamic reduction. Another tip, I used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar and added a touch of Sriracha.

Friday

Fish tacos. Done and Done.

Saturday

Date night! No cooking. Insert a “Whoop! Whoop!” here.

Sunday

Brunch: My favourite yummy paleo waffles, fruit and yogurt.

Dinner: Left overs.

This is awesome, Dallas! I must confess, I’m so bad at day to day meal planning. I’m always so well intentioned but I always end up flying by the seat of my pants. Lol.

Hey Dallas, where is your wire fruit basket from? I love it!
